How do you pick the perfect color for your skin color in foundation or powder at a Drug Store ...?
that doesn't have makeup artist or sample/testers?
I use to always wear MAC and so I had the makeup artist help me and I was a NC35 but I'm clueless to what to get and what color? when I first started wearing makeup my mom would buy me Mary Kay and so that makeup artist would find my perfect match for me too.
There are several things you could do. Take a compact mirror with you when you go to the drugstore. Stand near the door entrance (where there is natural light) and hold the bottle up to your jawline to see if it matches. You could also bring your old foundation (the one where you were perfectly matched) and try to match it with one in the drugstore. Most drugstores let you return the makeup if you picked out the wrong color. Hope this helps!
