What's the difference between a kohl eye pencil and a regular eye pencil?

& what's a kajal eyeliner?

ok so kohl eyeliner is like more creamier, and in my opinion way easier to put on like your water line than a regualr eye pencil. kajal eyeliner is basically the same things, i have pakistani and/or inidian friends that use it all the time. BUT, kajal and kohl are good for your water line, but sometimes they can smudge when you put it on your eyelid. but i still love them lol. i think regular eyeliner isnt as creamy, and makes my eyes all red when i put it on.
