What color eyeshadow should wear with a chocolate brown dress?

I am a bridesmaid in a wedding and I am wearing a chocolate brown dress. What color eyeshadow should i wear? I have dark brown hair, brown eyes, and slightly tan skin.

To bring out the warmth in all of that brown I think you should really try some nice pinks, and perhaps a bit of bronzer on your cheeks to make you glow and make that chocolate color pop a little bit.
For the eyes I would stick to golds and peaches, nothing too dramatic as it's a wedding just soft and subtle shimmery warm colors. They always make brown look more alive!

Begin by applying a light color from lash line to brows. Shades of ivory, beige, peach or pink are common, but other light tones can work well. Then apply a medium shade from lash line to crease. Finally, accent the crease of the eyelid with the darkest shade. Blend with a soft brush to avoid removing your eye shadow or smudging.
