Is the "Pro 120 Full Color Eyeshadow Pallette" on ebay any good?

I like blending colors, and i was wondering if this is a good choice?

If you are suggesting something else, please nothing too expensive! My mom would have a cow...lol (like MAC!)

I have this pallette and you can blend the colours all the way up your face cos it's so highly pigmented. However do expect that a couple of colours will break before you get them cos when the shadows are very pigmented they fall apart more easily.
You can put it back in, there are tutorials on youtube.
